🛍️ Ordering
Q: How do I place an order on Athizay? A: Simply browse our collections, choose your favorite pieces, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're done, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? A: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please email us at support@athizay.com or call our customer care within 12 hours of placing the order.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly for custom arrangements.
Q: How long does delivery take? A: Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. Remote locations may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Q: What are the shipping charges? A: We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹500. A nominal fee may apply to smaller orders.
💳 Payments
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? A: Yes, COD is available for select pin codes and eligible orders.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and most major digital wallets. All payments are processed securely.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The product should be unused and in original packaging.
Q: How will I get my refund? A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method, once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Q: Are all your products handmade? A: Yes, every item is handcrafted by artisans across India. Small variations or imperfections are part of their charm and uniqueness.
Q: Can I request a custom order or bulk order? A: Absolutely! We offer custom and contract manufacturing for bulk or corporate gifting. Please email us at custom@athizay.com for inquiries.
