🕒 Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, unbroken and in the same condition as received.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at athizay@gmail.com.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item), we’ll cover the shipping costs.
Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

We’ll provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back.

Cancellation Policy

For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with your order, inform us immediately. In case the order has not gone under production or been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund the entire amount. The amount will be refunded in your bank account within 15 days. No cancellations will be entertained for dispatched orders.
